Web Prep Planner

Use this sweet little planning document to help you get ready for your new website project.

There are two ways to use this planner.

  1. Print it. Fill it out by hand as a worksheet at the button below.

  2. ON DESKTOP ONLY Fill in digitally. If you'd like to fill this out on your computer, you can click the button to be taken to Google Docs.

  • Once there, sign in to your Google account.

  • Google Docs will prompt you to “sign in to request edit access”. You DO NOT need to do this. Instead, sign in and go to:

    • File (top right)

    • Then, “make a copy”.

    • This will save a copy in your Google Drive.

    • The new copy will pop up and you can then edit and fill it in.

    • You can re-name your planner at the top left of the page.

      (Note: if you don’t have a Google account you’ll need to sign up to use Google Drive.)

When you're ready to talk to Goodwin Creative about your project, bring your planner along! Or you can send us a link:

  • In the document, click the Share button, top right.

  • Enter our company email address and send in along. That would be admin@goodwincreative.ca ;)
