Basic Maintenance Club
$99 every month
2 hours per month
Includes:Blog Posts
You send your blog content and photos, we make sure they are posted to your blog and optimized.
Newsletter Marketing
You write, we design and post.
Page Updates
You send over your content and we’ll update, optimize, tag and post appropriately.
Light Design Overview
We’ll keep an eye out for any design anomalies and update.
Product Updates
You send us your new products and we’ll list them in your shop. Also send new images for products, new price lists and we’ll update them for you. We’ll pay attention to SEO for each product and be sure your shop design is consistent.
Need a new splash area for a featured product? We’ll also consult on the best way to market your shop items site-wide.
Premium Maintenance
$149 every month
4 hours per month
Includes:It’s a little like having your Webmaster on staff!
Includes everything in the basic club price, plus technical & design oversight and management of your website.
This means, if you do not have time to oversee your website, your updates and your to-do lists, we can work with you to do this for you.
We will begin with a complete overview of your website operations and our recommendations for upgrading, streamlining or otherwise updating.
Technical Oversight
We will audit your website monthly, make sure everything is working properly & fix most issues. If there is any extensive work needing to be done (over four hours), we will connect with you to discuss.
SEO Oversight
We will run your website through our SEO Optimizing tool and update anything that comes up.
General Maintenance & Design Overview
We’ll use leftover time to travel your website, run it through Squarespace SEO, double-check keywords, image tags, and presentation as well as page speeds. If anything needs attention, we’ll let you know.
Please note: this means we will be in your site weekly, shoring up white space, checking on your mobile view and design consistency. You may notice small changes but they will always have a reason. We’ll keep our avenue of communication open through your client portal.
Quarterly Maintenance & Updates Sessions

A Quarterly Session is meant for clients who have a to-do list that they’ve been adding to for a few months and need us to come in for a solid few hours to get everything done. It replaces maintenance charged at an hourly rate and is great for quarterly or semi-annual maintenance and updates.
These sessions can also include:

web design (not usually covered in maintenance packages)

The Club will help you maintain your website and your web design and/or shop as is and provide technical support. It doesn’t include upgrading your site or its systems or creating solutions to new problems.

We can do a lot of good work in 2 - 4 hours! We’re pretty easy-going but, if your requests add up to significantly more time, we will contact you to discuss arrangements for that month. Any extra hours will be billed at our hourly rate, or at a flat rate in the case of Top Ups, Ad Ons or marketing materials.
