*A half day is meant for clients who have a to-do list that they’ve been adding to for a few months and need me to come in for a solid few hours to get everything done. It replaces maintenance charged at an hourly rate and is great for quarterly or semi-annual maintenance and updates.

A Design Day is one focused day with a designer to tackle your to-do list.
If you need a full website redesign, a custom Squarespace website or a Squarespace Template Build Out, ir if your to-do list is to big for one day, we can chat about options before the project.
Please bear in mind, though I do my very best to get as much done as possible in a day, I can’t guarantee your to-do list will be completed. I will give you the best possible time estimate before the project and do my very best to get as much as I can get done in the time allotted.

How it Works

You can book your Design Day by reaching out to me through my contact page.
I’ll send you out an invoice for your 50% non-refundable deposit.Then, you can book in for an hour long Zoom call with me to discuss the project and your content.

You’ll book in your Zoom call as soon as you’ve paid our deposit and we have chosen the date for your Design Day together.
About a week before the Design Day, I’ll send you out a link to your dedicated Discord channel.
We’ll go over your content together in Discord.

I’ll need you to be available on the Design Day for feedback, in your Discord channel.
I’ll wrap everything up at the end of day in Discord. I’ll use Loom videos for a visual of what’s been done and any recommendations I have going forward.

If applicable, I’ll send over a tutorial video or two to train you on any new functions we have added.
I’ll add a custom Website Information page to the back end of your website with your tutorial links and other important information about your site.
Your Design Day includes two weeks of post launch consultation for any questions that may come up while you get used to your new site.

It depends on how much content you already have. I would need any copy documents, any updates to copy on an existing website, any new photos and any graphics you want on the website, submitted to me a week before our Design Day for approval.

Yes, I’ll need you to be available for feedback on the day of. I’ll set you up with a dedicated Discord channel for the project and we can chat there throughout the day.

I will let you know ahead of time how much time we’d need for the items on your list. However, once I get in to the project it’s not written in stone! If things end up looking like the work would go over time significantly, I’ll recommend booking in for another Design Day.

Two weeks of support is included in your Design day. If you feel you need more support after the Design Day, you can put me on retainer and sign up for my Maintenance Club.
