How it Works-
You can book your Design Day by reaching out through our contact page.
We’ll send you out an invoice for your 50% non-refundable deposit.Then, you can book in for an hour long Zoom call to discuss the project and your content.

You’ll book in your Zoom call as soon as you’ve paid our deposit and we have chosen the date for your Design Day together.
About a week before the Design Day, we’ll send you out a link to your dedicated client portal.
Once you get situated in the portal, we’ll go over your content together.

We’ll need you to be available on the Design Day in your client portal for questions & feedback.
We’ll wrap everything up at the end of the week in the portal. We’ll create Loom videos for a visual of what’s been done and any recommendations we have going forward.

If applicable, we’ll send over a tutorial video or two to train you on any new functions we have added.
We’ll add a custom “Your Website” page to the back end of your website with your tutorial links and other important information about your site.
Your Design Day includes two weeks of post launch consultation for any questions that may come up while you get used to your new site.
Frequently Asked-
It depends on how much content you already have. We would need any copy documents, any updates to copy on an existing website, any new photos and any graphics you want on the website, submitted a week before our Design Day for approval.

Yes, though we don’t do the design work live together, we’ll need you to be available for feedback on the day of. We’ll set you up in your client portal for the project and we can chat there throughout the week.

We will let you know ahead of time how much time we’d need for the items on your list. However, once we get in to the project it’s not written in stone! If things end up looking like the work would go over time significantly, we’ll recommend booking in for another Design Day or a Half Day.
